Moss CPCU, SCLA, AIC-M, is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a 25+ year veteran of the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.  She has claims experience in a wide variety of personal and commercial lines claims as a Claim Representative, Examiner, Supervisor, Trainer and Manager.
