Dr. James J. Connors is a Professional Hydrologist, certified by the American Institute of Hydrology, and a licensed Professional Geoscientist in several states. He has more than 38 years' experience working on projects and legal cases involving groundwater, surface water, stormwater runoff, and environmental contamination.
