Leonard K. Lucenko, PhD, Sport and Recreation Expert, is an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State. A prolific speaker, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on Risk Management in Sports and Recreation. He is a certified teacher, coach, athletic director, dean of students and international speaker on sports and recreation safety. Dr. Lucenko has qualified for Testimony and Consultation in 40 State and Federal Courts in Plaintiff and Defense cases.

    Carl Weil is the director of Wilderness Medicine Outfitters (WMO), one of the nation’s leading backcountry schools of medicine. Mr. Weil receives National recognition having progressed through the ranks of National Association for Search & Rescue from EMT student, to apprentice instructor, to full instructor, to faculty level instructor, one of only 6 in the U.S., (spring of 1995). A third generation guide, rancher, and horseman, Carl Weil has received numerous credentials including Nationally Registered EMT, EMT-IV/MAST, Colorado Instructor-Coordinator, CPR Instructor Trainer, a National Wilderness Instructor trainer designation and the prestigious Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine.

    Wilderness Medicine Outfitters offers Wilderness First Responder (WFM), Wilderness Emergency Medical Responder (WEMT), and Wilderness Survival courses among many others. They also provide insurance program design services for outfitters, mountaineers, and climbing gyms.
