Paul Daubitz has over forty years of experience in the Telecom and Information Technology Industries. For over thirty years, he has been consulting to businesses and governments and providing expert testimony in legal cases, both federal and state He has been an expert in more than one hundred cases.

Mr. Daubitz's career started with New England Telephone which, included two years on the Corporate General Staff. He then managed Telecommunications for the State of Massachusetts, where he had responsibility for wired and wireless telecommunications. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and he holds a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications (MST) from the University of Colorado. He was the First recipient of the University of Colorado's Telecommunication Program Outstanding Alumni Award. He served on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Board to the University of Colorado's Telecommunications Program for fifteen years.

Mr. Daubitz has authored two books (The Public Managers Phone Book and The Complete Guide to Buying a Telephone System) and many articles in the Telecom field and has been an invited speaker at numerous conferences including Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education- "Cell Phones and their Mysteries", Boston Bar Association "Tracking People by their Cell Phones," and the Licensed Private Detective Association of MA "Cell Phones and their Mysteries."

Mr. Daubitz is a life member of The Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and a member and Past President of The Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC). He is a constable in the Town of Newbury, Massachusetts.

    He also has provided litigation support as a consulting expert and testifying expert in a number of cases involving product / service misrepresentation and intellectual property (patent; copyright, and trademark / service mark infringement). Those cases have involved a broad range of technologies, including DSL, E911, fax, PBX, push-to-talk (PTT), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), videoconferencing, VoIP, and voice processing.
