Active as an emergency paramedic, firefighter, educator, and consultant, Haskell has a national reputation as writer and educator. He holds the Ph.D. and J.D. from Indiana University, has served on the faculties of Oberlin College, Emory University, Indiana University, the George Washington University School of Medicine, and maintains instructorships in the major EMS disciplines. He has served as a consultant and expert for both plaintiff and defense, providing case review, research, depositions, reports and trial testimony.
