    After working with various organizations throughout the United States, Dr. Dharia founded Transmit Technology Group, LLC in 1999. Since then, he has helped numerous clients in conceptualizing, exploring through experimentation, and screening best and novel alternatives, in connecting and coordinating external resources to drive concepts to commercialization. In 2006, he developed a novel testing equipment, Technoform, to determine the thermoformabiltiy of thermoplastics materials. Technoform has been used in over 60 industrial projects related to thermoforming.

    During 1999-2014, Dr. Dharia was named inventor or co-inventor on six US and international patents and is named a co-inventor on two pending applications. A patent agent registered with USPTO, he himself has been issued 21 United States patents and has been responsible for more than 30 disclosures of inventions.     From 2004-2010, Dr. Chapman served as Associate Director of the Wind Science and Engineering Research Center at Texas Tech University.     On February 7, 2008, at about 7:15 p.m., a series of huge explosions and fires occurred at the Imperial Sugar refinery northwest of Savannah, Georgia, causing 14 deaths and injuring 38 others, 14 seriously. The facility, which converted raw cane sugar into granulated sugar, had a material-handling system that included the familiar railcar unloader, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and silo storage. The explosions were fueled by massive accumulations of combustible sugar dust throughout the packaging building.

    Howard J. Cohen, PhD, has over 30 years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture and Implementation.
