Richard T. McEvoy Jr., President of Forensic Imaging Inc., is an expert witness Forensic Photographer. His career began as a U.S. Navy photographer in Southeast Asia, followed by photojournalism, aerial cartography, and industrial photography in the South Pacific and Southeast Asia. After returning to the U.S., Mr. McEvoy began working in Law Enforcement photography with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) where he was head of the forensic photo-lab and was certified as a P.O.S.T. instructor. Mr. McEvoy was asked to join Eastman Kodak and worked as their coordinator of law enforcement and governmental training and marketing before leaving and founding his company in 1994.

Jorge Mendoza, a Mechanical Engineer, who utilizes state-of-the-art Photogrammetry and 3-D Computer Animation Technology to produce some of the countries most compelling forensic animation. Having a working association with experts in photography, accident reconstruction, human factors, biomechanics and the vision sciences, he uses cutting edge computer networks and software to push the envelope in courtroom presentation technology.

Mr. Mendoza has experience in the design and engineering analysis of aerospace equipment and has used computer aided design, failure analysis, and animation software for design and presentation purposes. His background also includes site inspection for the purpose of compiling a photographic log of the scene and collecting data for computer animation. Mr. Mendoza is experienced with the use and placement of video cameras on helicopters, cars, trucks, bikes, people and a design specific forty-foot pole.
