Daniel M. Marble is a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A graduate of the Columbia University School of Social Work, Mr. Marble founded two agencies: Kern Bridges Youth Homes and Juvenile Probation Psychiatric Services.

Mr. Marble's experience as a reviewer for the California Alliance of Child and Family Services as well as his experience as an expert witness, has afforded him a great deal of awareness of best practices and comunity standards for a wide range of child service agencies. His associate, John Steinfirst spent 20 yrs. as CEO of Fred Finch Youth Center a respected residential treatment program.

Following his retirement at the end of 1999, Mr Marble was trained as an expert witness by the Western Child Welfare Law Center.

Mr. Marble has eight years experience in working with both counsel for the plaintiff and counsel for the defense.

Daniel B. Kennedy, Ph.D., is FCA’s principal consultant and is Board Certified in Security Management. Dr. Kennedy has had extensive specialized training in various aspects of Criminal Behavior, Policing Operations, Corrections Operations, and Private Sector Security Management. Michael T. Motley, Ph.D. has over thirty-five years of experience in the field of Communication, with specialization in the areas of public-speaking anxiety (stage fright), interpersonal communication, meaning, and psycholinguistics. He has developed an approach to reducing public-speaking stage fright that has been proven in several clinical trials to be the most effective therapy available. The method is successful in about 95% of severe cases and 85% of moderate cases.

Dr. Motley is a Professor of Communication with the University of California at Davis. He has authored almost 200 books, articles, and research papers in communication and psycholinguistics. Clarifying the Distinction between Reverse Discrimination and Overcorrection; Two Informative Examples
We distinguish between reverse discrimination and over-correction, arguing that the former should be used only to describe cases where well-qualified non-minority applicants are unjustifiably denied positions in organizations run by and/or staffed by minorities. Similarly, we argue over-correction should be used to describe well-qualified non-minority applicants who are unjustifiably denied positions in organizations run by non-minorities.
