Food & Beverage: Wines of Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Friuli-Venezia Giulia is the fourth smallest region in Italy, but in this small space it somehow manages to produce some of the most amazing white wines in Italy, and is now beginning to produce some equally splendid reds. The limited production capacity, however, means that many of these wonderful wines are hard to obtain outside the region.

Preparing for Swiftwater Rescue Incidents

Escape and Rescue from Submerged Vehicles
Each year, there are approximately 1,500 incidents and 600 deaths occur involving vehicles that have gone off the road and plummeted into the water. Therefore, the public needs to plan for these types of emergencies by (A) rehearsing the steps necessary for a successful self-rescue from a vehicle in the water, and (B) having the rescue/escape tools readily available for use during this type of emergency situation.
