Joe White, JD, Managing Director, has over 18 years of experience directing, collaborating, facilitating, and training personnel throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, and South America. He is an expert in Crisis Management / Emergency Response, and properly leveraging the Incident Command System to mitigate upset events.
Joe has managed several major operational incidents and humanitarian events and served as Incident Commander and other leadership roles on multiple Tier 3 Incident Management Teams. His proficiency extends to global emergency response training and exercises, averaging 10 Incident Management Team drills annually, and leading the 2017 MEXUS exercise alongside the U.S. Coast Guard and Mexican Navy.
Joe has developed and delivered courses relating to incident management and emergency response to personnel ranging from first-line responders to executive management. He has a mastery of safety-based regulations, programs, and standards, and has successfully developed programs, policies, and plans that coordinate and complement both NIMS ICS and the ISO-22320 standard.
