Mr. Franken’s past experience includes managing a staff of more than 250 employees with yearly project volumes ranging from $60-$100 million, including the successful completion of a single $25 million project under his supervision. Mr. Franken has extensive knowledge with agency construction standards such as the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, County of Riverside, etc., and greenbook specifications. He has project managed all phases of construction from pre-bid job walks through final completion, managed multiple field operations, coordinated up to 40 subcontractors on a single project, conducted project planning meetings with public and private entities including owners, developers, inspectors and subcontractors.
