Jeffrey D. Joy, MBA, MEd, CRC
is a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant
with more than 15 years of experience serving persons with disabilities in various vocational rehabilitation settings. He provides individualized services to help injured workers and claimants restore healthy, productive lifestyles through long-term gainful employment. Mr. Joy serves as a vocational rehabilitation consultant and assists in the vocational assessment of an individual's Work Capacity, Skills, Labor Market Access, and Earning Capacity
Mr. Joy's past work includes that of Director of Vocational Services and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Department of Veterans Affairs and has served persons in various vocational rehabilitation settings. He is Nationally Certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. Mr. Joy teaches Assessment, Vocational Testing, and Research at Central Connecticut State University. He has been called to speak on topics of vocational administration, employment services, and vocational rehabilitation. Additionally, Mr. Joy served as the President of the Connecticut Rehabilitation Counseling Association for 2011-2012.
