Prior to Kleinholz Inc., Mr. Fink served as a professional engineer and manager at Thielsch Engineering company in Cranston, Rhode Island. As a degreed and licensed professional electrical consulting engineer and ex US Navy nuclear engineer, Mr. Fink has designed and overseen hundreds of electrical engineering projects and investigations. His research and development efforts have produced industry changing intellectual property in the electro-mechanical data center equipment sector.
Mr. Fink serves as Chairman of the Rhode Island Electrical Code Committee and Chairman of the State Building Code committee, which result in continual periodic code training. These committees also hear all state building code appeals and disputes.

activities. As a licensed electrical professional engineer, expert witness, and seasoned public speaker, he has the technical aptitude to find the cause, and enjoys the challenge of providing simple explanations to the layperson.
Mr. Fink understands evidentiary rules, and has the ability and experience to provide litigation assistance to lawyers, insurance companies, judges and owners. His expert witness services and investigative reports are provided as necessary to assist with insurance claims, legal challenges, and competitive disputes. To date, work has been approximately 55% for plaintiff, 45% for defense.
