Robert C. (Bob) Jacobson, CBO, CBCO, has over 30 years of experience in Construction Code Enforcement. He is certified by the International Code Council as a Building Inspector, Plans Examiner, Zoning Inspector, Residential and Commercial Energy Code Inspector, Residential Energy Code Plans Examiner, Certified Building Code Official, and Certified Building Official.

Background - While working as Director of Code Enforcement for the city of Bartlett, TN, Mr. Jacobson served on committees with both the Southern Building Code Congress International and the technical subcommittees that helped create the International Codes. In this capacity, he was awarded the Tennessee Building Official of the year award, The President's Award, and twice awarded the West Tennessee Building Official of the Year. On his retirement, he was awarded a life time honorary membership to the TBOA.

After retiring, Mr. Jacobson obtained a Tennessee General Contractors License and built light commercial and large residential structures. He also worked as a code consultant keeping up with the changes from Standard Building Code to International Building Code.

Litigations Support - Mr. Jacobson currently offers litigation support services to attorneys representing both Plaintiff and Defense. His cases involve:

Joey T. Lee is a General Building Contractor and Real Estate and Roof Inspector with over 35 years of experience in the building trades, the last 20 of which have been dedicated to Inspection.

Mr. Lee is an ASHI Certified Inspector & Master CREIA Inspector (MCI). He is also an International Code Council (ICC) Certified Residential Combination Inspector with certifications in all four disciplines; Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.

A licensed general contractor in the state of California since 1992, Mr. Lee has extensive experience working in Commercial and Residential Construction. Jeffrey E. Bartrem is a Certified Building Inspector with over 30 years of experience as Residential Rehabilitation Specialist, Building Official, Plan Reviewer, and Deputy Fire Inspector. He has performed tens of thousands of inspection on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Mr. Bartrem's experience includes both national and international projects including ones in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
