Joey T. Lee is a General Building Contractor and Real Estate and Roof Inspector with over 35 years of experience in the building trades, the last 20 of which have been dedicated to Inspection.

Mr. Lee is an ASHI Certified Inspector & Master CREIA Inspector (MCI). He is also an International Code Council (ICC) Certified Residential Combination Inspector with certifications in all four disciplines; Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.

A licensed general contractor in the state of California since 1992, Mr. Lee has extensive experience working in Commercial and Residential Construction. He has been involved in hundreds of residential repair, remodel and ad-on jobs as well as commercial property tenant-improvement projects including the construction and/or remodel of gas stations into mini market stores for Arco, Mobil, Shell, Texaco, and Thrifty Corporations..

Litigation Support - A member of the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA), Mr. Lee offers expert witness services to counsel representing both plaintiff and defendant. Daniel D. Bawden, GMB, CAPS, CGR, CGP, JD, has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He is a Graduate Master Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and a Certified Green Building Professional.

Mr. Bawden serves as an accredited Instructor for the National Association of Home Builders, certifying other builders in his own specialties. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Law degree from Baylor University. He is currently serving as Vice Chair of the NAHB Remodelers Council, on track to be the national spokesman for the remodeling industry in 2017.

    Jeffrey E. Bartrem is a Certified Building Inspector with over 30 years of experience as Residential Rehabilitation Specialist, Building Official, Plan Reviewer, and Deputy Fire Inspector. He has performed tens of thousands of inspection on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

    Mr. Bartrem's experience includes both national and international projects including ones in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. He has vast knowledge and understanding of Construction Practices Assessments, International Code Council, the International Accreditation Service, Basic Building Codes, ICBO, ICC, and the Uniform Building Code.
