Claim Investigations for dozens of insurance companies in 9 western states, providing hundreds of property and liability policy interpretations, and resolving coverage, valuation and good faith issues in litigation, mediation and appraisal.
Mr. Hight has been retained as an Expert Witness in first and third party claims by clients of over 30 law firms, testifying for both policyholders and insurers. He has prepared over 45 written expert opinion reports, compliant with FRCP 26 requirements. Augmenting his professional training and experience, Mr. Hight was awarded the
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1990.
