Paul Grundy, RICS, FRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the Director of Paul Grundy Surveying. He became FRICS certified in 1984 and is a member of the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme, the Expert Witness Institute, and the Pyramus & Thisbe Organisation of Party Wall Surveyors.

Mr. Grundy has acted as an Appointed Surveyor for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners since the 1996 Act, to settle Party Wall matters. He has worked with Period Property since 1968, undertaking building surveys and advising on their maintenance, repair, alteration and extension.
