    Dr. Michael Foley has been a practicing radiologist in Tampa, Florida for the past 24 years. He attended Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago and also did his Radiology Residency and Radiology Fellowship at Northwestern. He served as Chief Resident at Northwestern.

    Dr. Foley is double boarded in Radiology with separate Boards in Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology CAQ (1996-2006) thru the American Board of Radiology (ABR).

    Dr. Foley is the past Chairman of the Radiology Department of Brandon Regional Medical Center in Brandon, Florida as well as past Chief of Interventional Radiology at the same hospital.

    Dr. Foley has had more than 28 scientific articles published and has made over 200 scientific presentations at local, regional and national scientific meetings on a variety of Radiology topics including CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Nuclear Medicine (SPECT and PET scans), Neuroradiology (brain and spine), Mammography and breast cancer, Chest x-rays and lung cancer as well as Interventional Radiology topics.

    Dr. Foley has made radio and TV appearances concerning lung cancer, breast cancer, angioplasty and closed head injuries and has recently authored two articles on Breast Cancer and Mammography subjects and an additional article on SPECT scan of closed head injuries.

    Dr. Foley has served as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense attorneys on a variety of medical malpractice cases and can be reached at the above address and phone numbers for consultation.     Dr. Richard S. Levine, MD, FACR is a Diagnostic Radiologist and Neuroradiologist actively practicing in Palm Beach County, Florida. He serves as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense in Adult and Pediatric Neuroradiology cases involving the Brain, Spine, Head, and Neck.

    Dr. Levine's qualifications and experience include a 2 year fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Certificate of Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology, Clinical Professor of Radiology and co-fellowship director at St. Louis University School of Medicine. In addition, he was Chief of Neuroradiology at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri for 22 years.

    Dr. Levine is Board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Radiology. He has authored multiple book chapters and scientific articles in his field.
