Dr. Charles S. Syers, D.D.S., M.A., is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he has been Chief of Dentistry and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery for over 20 years. He is an Associate Professor at two dental schools and the recipient of the "Most Valued Professor" award. Dr. Syers is also an Associate Editor of "The American Journal of Pain Management."

Dr. Syers has been acknowledged as a Daubert qualified expert in over 6 states. He has performed qualified medical and dental exams concerning issues of apportionment and disability ratings.     Dr. Parviz Azar-Mehr, Prosthodontist, is a dental specialist who has received post doctoral training in crowns & bridges, dentures, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and TMJ disorders. Dr. Azar-Mehr learned Prosthodontics as a post-doctoral student at London University, New York University, and the University of Michigan.

    Dr. Azar-Mehr has practiced and taught dentistry for over 25 years. Currently, he is Professor of Clinical Dentistry in the Department of Post-Doctoral Education, Advanced Prosthodontics, of the School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California ("USC").
