Thomas L. Luth, MAC
, is a third generation builder with over 35 years of designing, estimating, and building experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction
projects. He has extensive training, education, and hands on experience in all areas of construction.
Mr. Luth obtained training through the American Indoor Air Quality Council, Environmental RX Training Facility, and the Department of State Health Services which qualify him to act as a consultant in microbial related matters. His experience, along with onsite air quality and microbial testing, remediation estimating, and remediation of over 100 projects, qualify him as an expert in evaluating and responding to air quality conditions, necessary remediation practices, and its associated causes and costs.
- Mr. Luth offers services to project owners, contractors, attorneys, and insurance companies in matters of Construction Procedures, Defects, and Job Site Safety

He has participated in well over 100 lawsuits as an expert witness for trial work, evaluation reports, assignments of responsibility, damage assessment opinions, and preparing estimations for the cost of repairs and corrections. Mr. Luth also provides dispute resolution services to law firms, insurance companies, and construction organizations.
