Synopsis of Type of Work Performed as an Expert Witness In the Area of Consumer Product Safety
I am often asked to provide my opinions on the obligations of manufacturers, retailers, importers and distributors to report the injuries and deaths associated with products that fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and specifically under section 15(b) of that Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA).
