Richard Walter is an active General Contractor with over 20 years of Construction Litigation Expertise. He has an Architectural degree, experienced as a Heavy Equipment Operator, General Building Contractor, General Engineering Contractor, and former ICBO Certified Building Inspector. He is uniquely qualified to opine on all phases of construction for the residential and commercial marketplace. His litigation projects have ranged from $5,000.00 to $80,000,000.00. Mr. Walter has worked in all phases of construction and dispute resolution; including, but not limited to the planning/designing and building of projects to turn key completion. Mr. Steven Parkhurst, CIH, LIH, CSP, CIEC, CETC, LMA has worked for over 30 years in studying the effects of contaminated air in a wide variety of work, office and residential environments. He has performed field studies and reviewed cases in hundreds of lawsuits involving exposure to heavy metals, Chinese drywall, toxigenic molds, allergens, asbestos, indoor air quality, organic solvents and chemicals, and biological organisms including mold and bacteria. He has worked on cases involving hurricane impacted buildings, water damaged structures, and smoke and fire damaged facilities.
