Dr. Randy Atlas AIA , CPP is a Registered Architect, NCARB certified, and he practices Criminal Justice Architecture and Environmental Security Design. Norman D. Bates, Esq., President and founder of Liability Consultants, Inc., is a nationally-recognized expert in security and the law.
