John Laughlin, M.Eng., P.E., provides forensic engineering services including accident reconstruction, injury biomechanics, human factors analysis, failure analysis, and medical device engineering. Mr. Laughlin has reconstructed accidents involving cars, pedestrians, buses, trains, amusement park rides and commercial vehicles. Mr. Laughlin can help determine how the injuries relate to a defect in product liability cases. Mr. Laughlin can also utilize gait analysis and human factors engineering to assist in cases involving slips, trips and other human interactions within an environment. Laughlin Engineering Firm, LLC can also assist in cases involving medical device failures and regulatory issues.

As a licensed professional mechanical and biomedical engineer, Mr. Laughlin is qualified to use injury based evidence from medical records, photographs or autopsy reports and combine it with the physical evidence from a failure analysis or an accident reconstruction to create a more complete description of an incident. He is a certified teacher, coach, athletic director, dean of students and international speaker on sports and recreation safety. Dr. Lucenko has qualified for Testimony and Consultation in 40 State and Federal Courts in Plaintiff and Defense cases.

Wright, PE, CSP, CPE is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of academic, practical, and specialized knowledge of Engineering, Construction, Safety, Maintenance, Demolition and Training in general industry and construction activities. Mr. Wright's expertise is a definite plus in providing clients with leading edge information and insight. A licensed and practicing engineer, he rounds out his knowledge as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Plant Engineer to provide an insightful and accurate understanding of the issues involved in a case.

Mr. Wright has completed over 500 hours of specialized safety training, serves on ANSI and ASTM Standards committees and provides a thorough knowledge of OSHA Regulations, Directives and Letters of Interpretation. A recognized author, presenter, and trainer, Mr. Wright communicates the issues clearly for all to understand. His expert witness experience is a balanced blend of defense, plaintiff and OSHA Solicitor cases.
