The Forensic Psychology Group has a nationwide staff of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists with extensive experience in the diagnoses of psychological problems. Their reports and expert witness testimony are delivered in a direct, clear and highly effective manner. All of the psychologists and psychiatrists have substantial forensic experience.
Dr. Stephen Reich, Director of The Forensic Psychology Group, is both a Psychologist and Lawyer. He has been on the faculty of the Cornell University Medical College (Department of Psychology) and on the Attending Staff of the New York Presbyterian Hospital (Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic) for over 30 years, in addition to his private practice as a psychotherapist and as a diagnostic evaluator.
Dr. Reich received his B.A., J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Fordham University. He was a United States Public Health Fellow, as well as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology, at the Cornell University Medical College. He lectures extensively and frequently appears on national and local television where he is asked to evaluate the psychological implications of major events.

Dr. William Manion is a Pathologist by training and triple board certified in Anatomic, Clinical and Forensic Pathology. Dr. Manion currently is an assistant Medical Examiner in NewJersey. Dr. Manion is also a licensed attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With his training and background he can quickly evaluate potential Medical Malpractice Cases, especially involving Delay in Diagnosis or Failure to Diagnose.
Dr. Manion reviews legal cases involving Toxic Tort Litigation, Drug Overdose, Pain and Suffering or matters of a Criminal Nature such as Homicide, Suicide and Accidental Death. Dr. Manion also has experience in Asbestos Litigation, Vioxx and Hormonal Drug Litigation. He can evaluate Dram Shop Cases involving Blood Alcohol Levels where it is claimed that defendants were served alcohol while exhibiting signs of Intoxication. He has a network of experts which he works with in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and other specialties. He also evaluates the merits or defensibility of cases.
Dr. Manion can provide Letters of Merit for Medical Malpractice Cases and he works with both plaintiff and defense attorneys. He can also provide Letters of Explanation as an Expert Witness as to why he believes that there is no particular Merit to a Potential Case.
