Mr. Blair is located in central New Jersey and was the president of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors (fellow member), the International Right of Way Association (President NJ chapter) and a Fellow of the National Society of Professional Land Surveyors (ACSM). He served 5 years as a Governer's Appointed member of the NJ State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (1 year as President), and 10 years with the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.

Paul Grundy, RICS, FRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the Director of Paul Grundy Surveying. He became FRICS certified in 1984 and is a member of the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme, the Expert Witness Institute, and the Pyramus & Thisbe Organisation of Party Wall Surveyors.

Mr. Grundy has acted as an Appointed Surveyor for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners since the 1996 Act, to settle Party Wall matters.
