Paul Grundy, RICS, FRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the Director of Paul Grundy Surveying. He became FRICS certified in 1984 and is a member of the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme, the Expert Witness Institute, and the Pyramus & Thisbe Organisation of Party Wall Surveyors.
Mr. Grundy has acted as an Appointed Surveyor for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners since the 1996 Act, to settle Party Wall matters.
