Albert N. Faraldi, PLS, PP, is licensed as a New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor and Planner and has over 25 years of experience in all facets of land surveying. He is trained and certified in all aspects of OSHA requirements that prove invaluable in forensic investigation.

Drawing from his distinguished career as a professional land surveyor and planner, Albert N. Faraldi has proven to be a highly credible and sought after expert court witness in cases large and small. Mr. Faraldi’s unbiased and compelling testimony along with documentary evidence gathered in the field has consistently given his clients the advantage they need to strengthen their position. He has lent his considerable expertise to litigation relative to Boundary Disputes involving Fences, Swimming Pools and Stationary Buildings as well as litigation involving Property Elevation, i.e. Land and Buildings.

Mr. Faraldi maintains membership in many professional land surveying organizations including the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors and National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. He has been appointed by the governor as a member of the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Robert C. Kirkpatrick is a Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor and City Planner. Mr. Kirkpatrick has been qualified to testify as an expert witness in civil engineering matters, including Hydrology, Storm Water Management, Municipal (Public Works) Engineering, Professional Liability Issues, Accident Reconstruction, Planning and Zoning Land Use matters, and Land Surveying in Superior Court in New Jersey. He has testified more than 30 times and has been deposed 40 to 50 times over the past ten years.

Mr. Kirkpatrick has also performed expert witness services for many clients including insurance companies, law firms and private corporations in the fields of Civil and Municipal Engineering as well as Land Surveying matters.
