Dr. Chris Coggins is a Board-Certified Toxicologist, a qualification he has held since 1986. He is a Principal in Carson Watts Consulting, with special expertise in Inhalation Toxicology, General Toxicology, Toxicological Pathology and Epidemiology.
Dr. Coggins' services include technical assistance in various aspects of Inhalation Toxicology, including Study Design, Exposure Methods, Study Monitoring, Data Collection, Data Interpretation, and Collation of such data into Reports and Publications in the peer-reviewed Scientific Literature. George O. Waring, III is an Ophthalmic Surgeon with 30 years of experience in Vision Correction Surgery, RK, LASIK, Intraocular Lens Implants and Cataract and Corneal Surgery. Dr. Waring is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), of the Royal College of Ophthalmology (FRCOphth, Britain), and of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Waring is Editor-in-Chief (since 1990) of The Journal of Refractive Surgery, and has served on 15 other Editorial Boards, including the American Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Waring His authoritative 1300-page textbooks, Refractive Keratotomy for Myopia and Astigmatism, and Corneal Disorders: Diagnosis and Management (with Howard Leibowitz, MD) are standard references. He has been active in public communication concerning ophthalmology and has appeared on Nightline with Ted Koppel, the McNeil/Lehrer News Hour, the ABC 20/20 News Show, Good Morning America, ABC Nightly News, and frequently on CNN.
Dr. Waring serves as a Medical Consultant to multiple ophthalmic companies. He serves as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases – for both defendants and plaintiffs.
