Dr. Chris Coggins is a Board-Certified Toxicologist, a qualification he has held since 1986. He is a Principal in Carson Watts Consulting, with special expertise in Inhalation Toxicology, General Toxicology, Toxicological Pathology and Epidemiology.

    George O. Waring, III is an Ophthalmic Surgeon with 30 years of experience in Vision Correction Surgery, RK, LASIK, Intraocular Lens Implants and Cataract and Corneal Surgery. Dr. Waring is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), of the Royal College of Ophthalmology (FRCOphth, Britain), and of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
