Mr. Ducharme's experience includes Residential Construction, Managment of Construction Operations, Design and Construction Management, Residential Construction Conflict Resolution, and Residential Design Project Conflict Resolution. He has over twelve years of experience managing client relations during project development, construction, and close-out and his project management consultation includes custom home construction, high-end residential renovations and custom home design.

Since 2005, Mr. Ducharme's time has been devoted to developing written construction documents and specifications designed to avoid disputes. He has mediated over 400 difficult and complex conflicts including employment disputes (gender discrimination, racial discrimination, wrongful termination) construction defect cases, complex commercial and industrial construction disputes, CERCLA claims, partnership dissolutions, water rights disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, constitutional law cases, land use disputes, financial and commercial disputes, crop losses, estates and trusts litigation, and insurance disputes.

Douglas Noll is a distinguished author of numerous articles and most recently a book entitled: Peacemaking: Practice at the Intersection of Law and Human Conflict.

Gerald M. Levy serves as arbitrator and mediator of real estate and construction disputes and expert witness on standards of practice for Real Estate Lending, Construction Lending, Credit, Brokerage and Transactional Due Diligence, Real Estate Workouts, Corporate Real Estate, and Real Estate Valuation, and is a Professor at NYU. He was Managing Director, Real Estate Finance Division, Chase Manhattan Bank; and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Real Estate and Corporate Services Division, Chemical Bank.

Mr. Levy holds the MAI, CRE, and FRICS designations and is a member, National Panel of Neutrals, American Arbitration Association. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

John Gillies is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the Senior Director of Johnson Gillies. Mr. Gillies is frequently involved in dilapidation assessments for Landlords and Tenants. In addition, he is often called upon to produce opinions and evidence in matters of dispute. Mr. Gillies provides Expert Witness reports for legal issues and appears in Court as an expert on construction and related matters.

Charles Pereyra-Suarez has handled a broad range of civil and criminal matters during three decades of practice.
