Our expertise and capabilities in providing Aerosol Technical Support Services allows us to quickly focus on resolving problems in a variety of areas. We also act in a preventive manner by updating specifications, and conducting validation studies & manufacturing plant audits.

Technical Support Services

Specification Development – Product Specifications must be both complete and accurate to ensure that your products are manufactured properly and all relevant quality checks are performed, and documented. Requirements for appropriate documentation spans the entire process: incoming receipt of raw material components, compounding, filling, aerosolization, finished product quality testing, and final packaging.

Contract Manufacturing – ATS can assist you in locating a suitable aerosol contract packager. In addition, we also can provide on-going technical support by: acting as your representative at production runs, troubleshooting product quality issues, and, verifying that your products are produced properly, and inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.

Co-Packer Audits & Validation – On-site audits at contract packaging locations insure compliance with established product specifications and aerosol GMP's. In addition, ATS can perform validation studies for new equipment, compounding processes and new product production runs.

Product Testing & Failure Analysis – If a product is experiencing an unusually high rate of customer returns/complaints, we will evaluate returned items, find the root cause of the problem, and recommend a corrective action plan.

Aerosol Lab Design
– ATS has extensive experience in the design and specification of aerosol laboratory equipment, and lab safety systems. We will also provide customized operational and safety manuals for you personnel.
