Jacqueline A. Joseph, BA, CDE is a board certified examiner of documents and handwriting. She has been a practicing forensic science researcher since 1992 and has published 23 papers in peer reviewed and legal journals. Her knowledge on a wide variety of topics (Including: Guidelines for Attorneys, Forensic Disguise, Signature Disputes, and Expert Opinions) has allowed Ms. Joseph to lecture in the Criminology Department at Portland State University and to various professional groups throughout America and Canada.
Ms. Joseph has given expert witness testimony in courts, arbitrations and depositions, and maintains professional memberships in legal and forensic associations.
