Dr. Curry has been honored with receiving the General Motors President’s Council Award and a NASA Center of Excellence Fellowship among others.
Scott L. Turner is a highly qualified Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Transportation Expert and HazMat Expert with over 25 years experience in the highly specialized field of CMV crashes and incidents, and 16 years as the CEO of a nationwide CMV crash & HazMat disaster response corporation.
Mr. Turner's career includes personal response and/or investigation of over 1,000 CMV crashes, 200 cargo-tank truck crashes/incidents and a multitude of industrial setting incidents including fixed facilities, loading docks and loading rack disasters. His FMCSR and PHMSA knowledge, detailed reporting and powerfully delivered testimony can be a focal point of any civil litigation, where commercial motor vehicle crashes and/or transit incidents are at issue, with or without hazmat involvement.

With over 20 years of experience investigating and testifying in cases involving a variety of forensic engineering issues, Dr. Pfeifer is a leading expert in accident reconstruction, roadside safety, maintenance of traffic, and analysis of mechanical systems, and product failures. Dr. Pfeifer has a strong background in the design, development, and implementation of roadside safety hardware including guardrails, bridge rails, and crash cushions. Over 33 patents have been filed worldwide on behalf of Dr. Pfeifer and associated colleagues who invented safer guardrail systems and terminals, vehicle storage systems, shipping container handling systems, and material handling and storage methods. Dr. Pfeifer has published numerous papers to various organizations including the Transportation Research Board and Port Technology International, covering topics ranging from new guardrail systems, energy absorbing guardrail terminals, and breakaway mechanisms incorporated in traffic signs to material handling technology. Dr. Pfeifer’s expertise has been shared with many organizations such as the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association with presentations he’s made on topics including vehicle collisions, bicycle accidents, roadway constructions zones, and accident reconstruction expert witness utilization. Dr. Pfeifer is a registered Professional Engineer in three states and stays current with learning new technology in the field of forensic engineering. He has refined his skills and knowledge of accident reconstruction and roadside safety by taking dozens of continuing education courses over the span of his career.
Ms. Traci Campbell, P.E., CXLT,
Ms. Campbell, is an Industrial engineer with specialties in industrial accident reconstruction, including slip, trip, and fall analysis, human and environment interaction, forklifts, applicable standards and guidelines, and workplace-safety issues. Her expertise also includes vehicular accident reconstruction involving automobiles, trucks, tractor-trailers, and recreational vehicles, as well as, product failure analysis.
Mr. Chris Yates, P.E.,
Mr. Chris Yates, P.E., is a Mechanical Engineer with specialties in accident reconstruction, including electronic module downloads for both automobile airbag modules and tractor-trailer electronic control modules. His expertise includes auto accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and other roadway accidents. His expertise also includes seat belts, occupant kinematics, product failure analysis and other general engineering issues.
Shrawan Kumar, is one of the top worldwide recognized experts in Biomechanics and Ergonomics. Dr. Kumar has been the Keynote or Plenary speaker on Biomechanics and Ergonomics at over 59 regional, national, and international scientific conferences in Canada, the US, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, Sweden, India, Australia and New Zealand. He is the author of over 528 scientific peer-reviewed publications on Biomechanics and Ergonomics including 16 books and 27 book chapters.
Dr. Kumar was recognized for his lifetime achievements and contributions to Biomechanics and Ergonomics research by an award of ‘Officer of the Order of Canada’ from the Governor General in 2009. He has a Ph.D. in Human Biology and a Doctor of Science degree (D.Sc.) in Biological Sciences.
Dr. Kumar was most recently the Director the Physical Medicine and tenured Full Professor at the University of North Texas. Prior to this he served as a tenured Full Professor of Physical Therapy, Neuroscience, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Alberta.

Kim Parnell, PhD, PE, Principal and Founder of PEC, is a Mechanical Engineering consultant with strong experience in a number of technology areas. Dr. Parnell holds PhD and MSME degrees from Stanford University in Mechanical Engineering and a BES from Georgia Tech. Christina Comisarek has over 40 years of experience in and around the Transportation industry, 25 of which have been spent driving over 2 million miles accident free. She is a Certified Director of Safety, Certified Driver Trainer, and has managed a small trucking business for over 10 years. Ms. Comisarek serves as a Transportation Consultant, Driver Safety Trainer, and Expert Witness.
Background: Ms. Comisarek gained first-hand experience, good business sense, and a strong, solid work ethic working for her family's two businesses. Over the years, she's had a variety of roles in the transportation industry, such as loading and unloading, local deliveries, linehaul, school bus driving, driver / safety training, and managing a small trucking company. Ms. Comisarek continues to drive part-time to stay current in the industry. She takes every opportunity to enhance her skills and background, either through first-hand experience or by attending courses such as Accident Investigation.
As a Consultant, Ms. Comisarek assists trucking companies in areas such as streamlining their operations, risk management situations, driver recruitment and retention, and Employee handbooks. Her Safety Training is done either in the classroom or on-site currently, and soon will be offered online.
As an Expert Witness, Ms. Comisarek has worked with top expert witness firms and is pleased to currently be working with NECSC, LLC, providing sound consultation to attorneys through report writing, depositions, and successful trial appearance.
