    Mr. Morgan is a Distinguished Logistics Professional and is Certified in Transportation and Logistics by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics and is a STB Practitioner admitted to practice transportation administrate law originally before the Interstate Commerce Commission then the Federal Highway Administration and the Surface Transportation Board. Additionally, he is a Certified Factoring Specialist and a Certified Capital Specialist, designations awarded to him by the American Cash Flow Association.
