Dr. Vincent Coluccio has 24 years of professional consulting and training experience in the field of lead risk management and has served as an expert in over 700 lead toxic tort cases - on behalf of both families and property owners. He conducted extensive field investigations as a US EPA Certified Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor / Inspector and also served as trainer for this certification. Dr. Coluccio served as Lecturer on Foreign Sources of Lead Exposure for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, conveying best practices to health department personnel nationwide on assessing cultural sources of lead exposures, and has provided lead-based paint risk management services to property owners nationwide.

Dr. Coluccio received his Doctorate in Public Health (Environmental Sciences), with Distinction, from Columbia University School of Public Health. Since 1984, Dr. Richard Parent has been providing consultations and testimony for both plaintiff and defense and has testified in local, state and federal courts around the country. He has lectured and continues to lecture on causation related to toxic exposures. He is board Certified in Toxicology by the American Board of Toxicology and the Academy of Toxicological Science and is also Regulatory Affairs Certified and a recognized expert in Toxicology in the European community. Dr. Parent sits on several editorial boards of toxicology journals and has over one hundred peer-reviewed publications and abstracts.

Recent litigation activities have included sampling and health evaluation of over one thousand persons living next to a PCB and dioxin contaminated site in Mississippi, occupational evaluation of workers involved in the production of PVC, with specific emphasis on clinical tests to identify possible early stages of liver cancer and health surveys, blood testing and clinical evaluation of those exposed to Dioxins from Creosote sites. These massive projects have involved team efforts involving a physician, a toxiclogist, phlebotomists and nursing assistance.
