According to the International Headache Society, the first episode of a severe headache can't be classified as either a migraine or tension headache. These types of headaches require multiple episodes of pain with specific characteristics (i.e. nine episodes for the diagnosis of tension headaches and four episodes for migraine).

To make an informed decision about accepting a case, you must have the facts, not only those you obtain from your client, but more importantly, those obtained from qualified medical experts after a thorough review of the medical records.

    6/4/2012 · Toxicology
Toxicologists are often faced with cases where the subject in question had altered mental status as a consequence of the effects of illicit substances. In this setting, dealing with aggressive patients can make a big difference in outcome. Patient death or injury resulting from the use of restraint and seclusion is an increasing concern in the field and in prison.

Medical negligence litigators seek to establish which clinical standards are pertinent to their case, define what these clinical standards are, and then set out to demonstrate how the clinical standards were not followed.
