Rudolph Johnson, PhD, is a Chemical Toxicologist who brings over 25 years of experience bridging scientific leadership, program management, and strategic advisory work across government, industry, and international organizations. Early in his career at BASF Corporation, he managed the end-to-end development of high-margin industrial and pharmaceutical products, led competitive analysis and product lifecycle planning, and directed the scale-up of laboratory innovations into large-scale production — gaining hands-on experience bridging R&D, manufacturing, and market strategy across sites in Michigan, Massachusetts, and North Carolina.

Dr. Johnson has built a track record of high-level strategic and operational leadership, directing multimillion-dollar programs and budgets at the CDC, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene. He has developed laboratory facilities, operations, and laboratory networks. His international advisory experience includes work with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and the United Nations. 

Domestically, he has advised the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy on multiple topics, the National Academy of Sciences, and the FBI, and has briefed senior government leadership including the President's National Security Council. Dr. Kristen Good, MEM, PhD, CIH, Principal Health Scientist; Epidemiologist and Industrial Hygienist is passionate about applying data-driven, scientifically-supported solutions to public health problems. In addition to her technical subject matter expertise and strong scientific background - bringing over a decade of experience advising partners on incident/emergency responses and leading programmatic initiatives related to air pollution exposures, indoor air quality, and respiratory disease; wildfires, communicable disease outbreaks, and occupational health - she is also an experienced supervisor/team leader and project manager responsible for grant administration, contractor relationships, and fiscal management.

Dr. Good has over 15 years of scientific background and experience in risk assessment, toxicology, exposure assessment, and environmental sciences, across academia, research, private industry, and government. She has led design, implementation, and data analysis for multiple large human participant research studies and laboratory-based chemical emissions monitoring campaigns. She has designed and executed multi-million dollar public health initiatives, including: a $53-million statewide program that delivered over 45,000 portable HEPA air cleaners to over 1,500 K-12 schools and early childhood education centers within a rapid 9-month period; a $20-million small grants program that provided funding for community-based COVID-19 recovery efforts to 68 local non-profits; and a $4-million initiative to conduct indoor air quality and ventilation assessments and improvement efforts in workplaces and community buildings throughout the state. 

Dr. Nicholas Good, Co-Founder & Exposure Science Lead, is an Aerosol Scientist with over 20 years of experience in scientific instrument development, evaluation, and deployment. He has worked across academia, research, and private industry in exposure sciences, atmospheric chemistry, indoor air quality, and environmental health. Dr. Good focuses on bridging emerging technology—both hardware and software—from the research laboratory into solving practical real-world problems. He holds a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Manchester University and a B.S in Physics from The University of Manchester.

Dr. Good provides consulting services supporting clients' needs in occupational health and safety, exposure assessment, and environmental health issues—with particular focus on asbestos and benzene exposure reconstructions. He co-founded CloudSci LLC (2023), commercializing airborne particle measurement technologies for research and related markets, and owns Good Science LLC (2019-present), providing specialized environmental consulting services.

Since 2020, Dr. Good has served as Research Scientist III at Colorado State University's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, leading research on air quality and human health with emphasis on indoor air quality, building performance, bioaerosols, and novel health effects of air pollution. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed scientific papers and led or co-led over a dozen sponsored research projects totaling millions of dollars in funding from DOE, NASA, CDC, and other agencies.

Dr. Gavin McMeeking, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, is an Aerosol Scientist with over 20 years of background and experience in scientific instrument development, evaluation, and deployment. He has worked across academia, research, and private industry in atmospheric chemistry, cloud physics, indoor air quality, and environmental health. Dr. McMeeking focuses on bridging emerging technology—both hardware and software—from the research laboratory into solving practical real-world problems. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Atmospheric Science from Colorado State University and a B.A. in Earth and Planetary Science from UC Berkeley.

Dr. McMeeking leads the company's strategic direction and client services. He co-founded CloudSci LLC (2024), which commercializes airborne particle measurement technologies for research and related markets. Previously, he held leadership roles at Handix Scientific LLC as VP of Research & Development (2020-2022) and at Droplet Measurement Technologies as Scientist/Sales Specialist (2012-2015).

Dr. McMeeking has published over 60 peer-reviewed scientific papers in aerosol science and technology, and has led or co-led over a dozen sponsored research projects. Ronald T. Luke, JD, PhD, is a principal consultant and President of RPC, LP. Ron joined RPC in 1976 and became its president and principal owner in 1979. He has consulted on projects for health care providers, managed care plans and public agencies in more than 25 states. He also serves as an expert witness in trials, administrative proceedings and legislative hearings.

Active in the Health Policy Arena, Dr. Luke has been accepted as an expert in Economics, Socioeconomic Impact Analysis, and Policy Analysis by state and federal courts, and state administrative agencies. The types of cases in which he has provided expert testimony include personal injury, contractual disputes, health care payment disputes, construction defects, utility construction permitting, and certificate of need. Kacy L. Turner, MS, CRC, CVE, CLCP, is a Certified Life Care Planner and Vocational Consultant with RPC. She has over 20 years of experience in Rehabilitation. Ms. Turner has experience writing life care plans for both plaintiff and defense clients. She has experience as a rehabilitation consultant in three states and has been qualified as a testifying expert in state and federal court.  

Ms. Turner has worked on cases in several states as well as the country of Trinidad. To determine the pre-injury and post-injury employability in personal injury cases, she provides vocational testing, transferable skills analysis, job requirements analysis, rehabilitation plans, and definition of reasonable accommodations under the American with Disabilities Act. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, the Texas Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and Providers of Services, and Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals.

Brian Piper, PhD,  is an Economist with RPC specializing in Quantitative Analysis and Modelling. He works on a variety of cases including personal injury and certificate of need. He is experienced in data extraction, management, simulation, and analysis using STATA, SQL, ARC GIS and a variety of other programs. Dr. Piper has taught graduate classes in statistics and econometrics in both MBA and Ph.D. programs.

Dr. Piper is an experienced expert, providing testimony, reports, and affidavits on the issues of economic damages in personal injury litigation, healthcare litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and other commercial litigation. He has testified on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. 

Dr. Piper specializes in the economics of healthcare. He has been retained by healthcare providers and insurers in payment disputes.
