Law Enforcement Training Expert Witness David O'Laughlin

David W. O`Laughlin is an experienced, innovative leader in the world of Law Enforcement Training. Having been directly involved in the training of police officers for more than 35 years, he has obtained certifications in a multitude of disciplines and has become a Master Use of Force Instructor and Force Science Analyst.

Mr. O'Laughlin recently retired from the Brookline Police Department. As President of the Massachusetts Police Training Officers Association, he was appointed by Governor Weld to serve on the Executive Board of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council and later appointed to the Committee for Law Enforcement Training and Education by Governor Romney.

Mr. O'Laughlin is a certified expert in the Use of Force and is a recognized consultant in that discipline.
