Practical 40 years of engineering experience in renewable and conventional energy technologies and facilities encompassing oil & gas, refining, biofuels, biomass, solar, wind, geothermal, coal, chemicals, steel, and power generation. A NAFI Certified Fire and Explosions Investigator, Dr. Williams performs forensic investigations of fires, explosions, equipment failures, and industrial accidents.
Dr. Williams is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusettes, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Ajey Chandra, PE, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in multiple facets of the International Energy Industry. Mr. Chandra is Director of Muse, Stancil & Co., and the Managing Partner of the Houston office where he also leads the Midstream Practice Area. He joined Muse in 2014 after 28 years of experience in various facets of the midstream Oil and Gas industry, including operations, engineering, business development, management, and consulting.
Mr. Chandra has had a wide variety of assignments covering all aspects of the energy industry during his career, and has had several long-term expatriate assignments overseas, including Europe and Southeast Asia. His operating, consulting, and management experience includes working at Amoco, Purvin & Gertz, Hess, and NextEra Energy Resources prior to joining Muse. Mr. Chandra has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He has also attended Executive Education classes at Harvard Business School and is a Professional Engineer in Texas.
Litigation Support - Mr. Chandra has helped resolve complex industry issues. He has been retained to provide expert testimony in the litigation of royalty cost allocations in Alaska, revenue/cost sharing disputes involving joint venture contracts in Europe, in bankruptcies, and in other disputes involving plant processing interruptions. His expertise has also been relied upon in cases ranging from the classification of hydrocarbons to the resolution of insurance disputes to the economics of rate cases.
