Dr Castell’s investigation and analysis of the operational software involved, and his opinion as to the extent that the software was compliant with the strict Tender condition, provided insight and assistance to the parties in reaching a satisfactory settlement.

Howard J. Cohen, PhD, has over 30 years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture and Implementation. He possesses particular expertise in Algorithms, Relational Databases, Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and Software Applications in general. Dr. Ghjassan Hamarneh's professional experience extends over 20 years. He obtained his Ph.D. from Chalmers Univ. of Tech. in 2001, was a Post-doc fellow at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and at the Dept. Med. Biophysics at the Univ. of Toronto.
