Dr. Hoffman is a Geriatric Neuropsychologist in Northern California with a practice focusing on the assessment of capacity, undue influence, conservatorships, & elder abuse in older adults. She specializes in the differential diagnosis of dementia and their effect on capacity.

Dr Hoffman serves as an expert witness and has testified on issues of capacity and undue influence. She is the author of “The Assessment of Testamentary Capacity & Undue Influence in the Older Adult,” in Forensic Geropsychology (2018).
