Social Security Disability claims

Dr. Finnerty spends a small portion of his week as an in-house consultant for Social Security reviewing Social Security disability applications in Ohio. Dr. Finnerty is available to perform independent examinations related to your Social Security disability case. If he performs an exam for you and you are located in Ohio Dr. Finnerty will excuse himself from serving as the in-house file reviewer who would help to make the decision on your disability claim.

Will Dr. Finnerty write letters and/or complete forms for me?

Sometimes, depending on the situation (though an additional fee may be required based on the amount of time it takes Dr. Finnerty). For example, your current treatment provider may not want to write a letter you need (ex: a nexus letter) or fill out a form you need (ex: for FMLA or short-term disability). Dr. Finnerty is available to work with you on matters like that so that you don't fall through the cracks.
