Background Experience - Mr. Block graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (A.B. Cum Laude), Harvard Law School (Honors Seminar in Taxation of Corporate Reorganizations) and Georgetown Law Center (Master of Laws in Taxation). He clerked for the Honorable Herbert Banks Cohen of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and served four years as an Attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel to the Internal Revenue Service at the National Office in Washington, D.C.
