Kiwesa King, PE, CCM, DBIA, PMP, is a construction management consultant and expert witness with nearly 30 years of experience in the vertical construction market. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager and Trainer.
Ms. King has managed a range of projects, including restorations, renovations, and ground-up construction. Throughout her career, she has served as an engineer, mechanical subcontractor, general contractor, and construction manager.
Ms. King leads Expanded Resources LLC, a New York City-based construction management consulting firm. She teaches graduate and continuing education courses in Construction Management at Fordham University and New York University.
