Mr. Geddes is a Certified Mediator with both the Unified Court System of New York and the American Arbitration Association, bringing to bear as a neutral over two decades of experience evaluating, negotiating, and resolving high-value, complex property AND casualty claims.
Over the last 12 years, he has conducted CE/CLE credit webinars and presentations nationally on good faith claims handling, insurance fraud, risk management, automobile insurance, catastrophe property trends and DE&I topics. He also trained insurance professionals (adjusters, underwriters, attorneys, brokers and investigators) nationwide on claims handling protocol and successful techniques for investigating and defending insurance claims.
In addition to being a published fiction author, Mr. Geddes has written articles for several industry trade publications including Claims Advocate, Risk Management Magazine, Construction Claims & CLM Magazine and currently serves on the board of the National African-American Insurance Association.
