Moskowitz, PE, is a Civil Engineer with extensive Construction Management experience on both commercial and residential projects. His firm handles commercial and residential building inspections as it pertains to warranty and pre-purchase inspections as well as to handle specific Structural or Civil Engineering issues related to a property. 

Experience: Mr. Moskowitz has performed safety inspections on both civilian and military projects through the application of OSHA regulations. He has designed drainage systems for the government while an officer with the United States military and done cost estimating for various projects exceeding $500 million. 

Mr. Moskowitz has designed document creation and management of high-rise construction in Manhattan. He has managed telecommunications projects for Verizon in Manhattan including CPM schedule creation and updating and directed and managed all water distribution system and sewer system work while working as a contractor to the New York City Department of Design and Construction. Ms. Vanessa Malone, P.E., is the Owner and Founder of Preeminent Solutions, Inc, a forensic engineering and design engineering firm.

Malone is a licensed professional civil / structural engineer with almost 20 years of experience in civil/structural design, forensics, and expert work. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she was one of the few female graduates to receive a Masters in Computational Mechanics.

Over the course of her career, Malone has led teams within a series of private firms in the design, analysis, forensic investigation, and seismic probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) of nuclear structures, aerospace structures, commercial structures, industrial towers, multi-story buildings, and more. Key firms include Thornton Tomasetti, Westinghouse Electric, Jacobs Technology, Amentum, Southern Nuclear, Bechtel, General Electric, ANSYS, and more.

Likewise, over her nearly two (2) decades of experience, Malone has spearheaded analysis and design with several federal organizations, including NASA (The National Aeronautics and Space Administration), the NAVY, NIST (The National Institute of Standards and Technology) NOAA (The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), and NESDIS (The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service.

In her early career, Malone worked as a scientist and teacher. She believes that information is best when it is easily digestible to those within and outside of the practice of engineering. She uses this philosophy to create clear, visual and audio presentations to break down complex structural failures, determine cost, and bound repairs.

Malone specializes in industrial structures, nuclear structures, earthquake analysis, wind load analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA), in addition to other specialties.

She is licensed in multiple states, including Florida, California, Texas, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Malone is multi-lingual, though she primarily works and writes in Spanish and English.
