Robert E. Sheriff, MS, CIH, CSP is the CEO and President of Atlantic Environmental Inc which he founded in 1978.. He earned his MS in Preventative Medicine and Environmental Health and his BS in Zoology. Mr. Sheriff was a former Manager of Health Safety & Environmental for Sun Chemical Corporation and an Industrial Hygienist and Loss Control Rep. for Continental Insurance Co. He served in the US Army - Vietnam Era. He is a Past-President of the American Industrial Hygiene Association(AIHA) He has acted as Expert Witness in Asbestos Personal Injury Litigation(Defense), Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Disease, and Indoor Air Quality/Mold over the last 25 years.
Henry P. Shotwell, Ph.D., CIH is the Senior Consultant of Atlantic Environmental Inc. He earned a Ph.D. in Systems Safety Engineering, an MS in Biomedical Sciences and a BS in Biology & Chemistry. Dr. Shotwell is a former Director, IH & Safety for Environmental Waste Management Associates and a former Manager of Health & Environmental Safety for Sun Chemical. He has acted as Expert Witness in a variety of Industrial Hygiene, Mold, and Toxic Tort cases as both plaintiff and defense expert.
Bonneau Dickson, P.E. is a sanitary engineer with forty years of experience in all aspects of potable water, wastewater and stormwater design and construction management. He has provided forensic sanitary engineering expertise and served as an expert witness for 25 years. He has been deposed approximately 100 times and has testified in trials, arbitrations or mediations more than a dozen times. He has worked both in the U.S, and abroad.
Mr. Dickson has designed approximately 300 water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Has been resident engineer or otherwise participated in the construction phase of approximately 20 water and wastewater projects. Mr. Dickson has both project management and general management experience as project manager on approximately 175 projects. Mr. Dickson served as forensic technical consultant or expert witness on more than 100 cases. With his decades of experience, he understands not only the engineering aspects, but also the financial, managerial, political, and personal aspects of legal issues. For over 40 years, Chuck Dutill, P.E., D.F.E. has been performing Hydrology and Environmental Engineering nationwide. He has focused on wastewater, stormwater, flooding, sewers, septic systems, groundwater, drainage, runoff, hydrology, hydraulics, backups, drinking water, and air quality. Dr. Tringale has directed numerous site assessments and remediation programs involving soil and groundwater contaminated primarily by organic solvents, metals, and petroleum products. He has particular expertise in site characterization and in the use of in-situ testing to evaluate soil properties.
