Mr. Preston has directed 8 Scout Camps and 11 National Camping Schools, planned new camp facilities, developed, directed and marketed the Adirondack National High Adventure Area, and obtained the necessary monies for camp expansions while serving as a Council Executive and Area Director in the Northeast Region, BSA.
