Mr. Washington's experience includes training over 2,000 leaders and working with 100+ global organizations. His consulting expertise spans various sectors such as medical, automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods. With a mechanical engineering degree and an MBA, he focuses on operational efficiency and improvement.

Previously, he was Senior Director of Product Sourcing at Diebold, managing strategic sourcing and a $5 million budget across 1,000 suppliers. He also directed various product design and development projects for high-tech systems.
