Dr. Richard Troast
, is the Principal for Troast Environmental Consulting (TEC), a multi-component group of retired Federal Scientists specializing in Risk and Exposure Analysis from hazardous chemical releases. for over 30 years as scientist and manager. He retired as a senior scientist within the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) focusing on control of hazardous waste
. He was the recipient of several EPA awards for outstanding contributions during his tenure with the Agency. DR. In many cases, the ultimate risk to residents from environmental lead comes from multiple sources.
