Frank S. Ferrantello, PLS, is a New York State Licensed Land Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Land Use Planning. Both his field and office Work experience have dealt with a wide range of projects and sites including residential single, multifamily, high rise municipal, utility, private and public, commercial, and industrial. Prior to and post college, 

Mr. Ferrantello worked for the firm of John P. Ferrantello PC from 1998 to 2010 and MJM engineering from 2008 to 2016. His duties consisted of performing office and field surveying, drafting, research, computations, boundary analysis, solutions, investigations and determinations.

Nick Barreiro, BAC, AVFA, DIVRT, AFCE, Chief Forensic Analyst, is a Certified Audio Video Forensic Analyst and an FBI-trained member of the Digital Imaging and Video Recovery Team. During his 15-year law enforcement career, he was a patrol sergeant, technology project manager, media forensics expert, detective, digital evidence specialist, and patrol officer. Prior to his career in law enforcement, Mr. Barreiro was an audio engineer and producer in California. He also worked for KBMB radio in Sacramento and has extensive experience and training in audio enhancement and analysis.

Mr. Barreiro works with attorneys representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil or criminal matters in which Audio, Video, or Image Evidence plays a key role. He has tremendous technical knowledge and training, but also extensive experience on the witness stand.

Mr. Barreiro has conducted hundreds of forensic audio, video, and image investigations in the United States and internationally. He has enhanced and analyzed thousands of digital files, ranging from simple slip-and-fall cases and minor traffic accidents to complex investigations such as homicides and officer-involved shootings. He has been court-certified as an expert and provided expert testimony in criminal cases and civil litigation in federal and state court. A highly trained and experienced forensic analyst, he provides technically detailed and precise results with expedited turnaround times.

Christopher J. Kennedy holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and is an ACTAR-accredited Accident Reconstructionist with EIT and AEP credentials. He integrates engineering analysis, EDR data interpretation, UAV-based mapping, and human factors evaluation to reconstruct collisions, assess visibility, and quantify perception response. His work relies on validated measurement, objective modeling, and data-driven engineering principles to deliver clear, defensible forensic conclusions.
