Bo serves clients headquartered from Boston to LA working in their facilities from London to San Francisco. He has earned 23 certifications in homeland security, emergency management, disaster recovery, business continuity, safety and security. Dr. Taylor's experience and expertise includes use of force and firearms instruction; recruiting, selection and assignment; employee supervision, evaluation and retention; curriculum development; policies and procedures design and implementation; canine utilization; budgeting; public relations; and emergency management.
