His former employers include the Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, States, Municipalities, DOT, private and public firms, and the EXXON Corporation.
Dr. Toneatto served as a Professor of Civil Engineering and Course Director at the Department of Civil Engineering, U.S. Military Academy.
